DOGTOOTH INSPIRED PHOTOSHOOT:  THE LOSS OF INNOCENCE

Inspired by Yorgos Lanthimos’ film Dogtooth—which depicts children raised in a fabricated, isolated reality—this series examines the distorted childhood experience in Israel, 2025.The project captures the chilling dissonance between natural innocence and the absurdity of war. Just as the children in the film accept their warped world as absolute truth, this series documents how trauma has become "normal" for Israeli children. The images juxtapose playful naivety with grim reality: a girl making silly faces in the mirror while wearing a hostage-solidarity shirt, or children lying flat on the grass during a siren—blurring the terrifying line between a game and a survival instinct.
